What will happen next:
- Tech Central will email you and supply a return authorisation number. Do NOT return the faulty unit to them unless this number is clearly shown on the box or netbook
- Pack up the faulty netbook in a box (use an original netbook box if possible) with enough packaging to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.
- Stick the courier label on the box.
- Make sure that your school return address and contact details are displayed AND the Tech Central return authorisation number is included with the netbook.
- Arrange with courier to collect the box
