  2. Execution of provisioning scripts for the domain and groups as defined
  3. Provisioning scripts:
    • domain level: set up predefined folders for all student accounts
    • group level: share predefined folder list with student (at root), teacher (at room/subject level)
  4. Execution of Google Docs policy enforcement scripts for new and changed documents
  5. Policy script for the domain:
    • change document owner to room teacher, share back to student as a collaborator
  6. Teacher's Dashboard interface is active for teachers

 Changes:
  • document ownership change was replaced by student document backup facility
 Additions:
  • TD: Student view now includes year level and current age
  • TD: new "View Class" option lists student full name and account name for all students
  • TD: new "Unfiled Docs" page displays all documents students have not placed into subject folders
  • TD: new "Deletions" page displays documents recently deleted by students and allows recovery
 SMS Integration
  • Data integration with SMS-generated report data file for Assembly (Pt. England SMS)
  • Potentially, automated extraction from the SMS Web-based interface 
  • Additional rules for provisioning and policy enforcement (focused on archiving and unenrollment)
  1.  Predefined data extract from Assembly is uploaded to Google Apps and results in appropriate updates to student accounts and group membership OR
  2. Google Apps is regularly updated  based on a regular and automated scan of the Assembly Web interface.

  1. Read-only view of a student's recent work is available via a secure Web site on the basis of a name, DOB and NSN
