- Multibox and safe charging area in class in case some batteries have discharged
- Up to date class list
- Up to date list of students who have paid the deposit
- Student agreement forms to sign
Other organisation:- All netbooks accounted for and ready
- Correct number of netbook bags
- Wireless name and password known to facilitator/teacher
- Schoolzone passwords available for SZ schools
- Principal or senior manager present to speak to the students, adding gravitas!
- Secure lock-up and charging storage in place and ready to use
