Are you ready to inspire and empower educators in digital learning environments? This is your opportunity to join our facilitation team and make a meaningful impact by supporting schools, teachers, and learners to achieve accelerated learning outcomes.
We’re looking for an experienced educator to work collaboratively with schools and teachers, driving innovative teaching practices and fostering student success. You’ll play a key role in helping teachers build confidence in using technology and fostering creativity in their classrooms.
The role involves working within a highly collaborative team, delivering professional learning and development (PLD) through a structured programme underpinned by research and evidence. You'll work closely with schools to raise achievement by connecting evidence-based strategies to classroom practice.

What We’re Looking For
A proven record as a skilled educator with a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices.
Experience in raising student achievement through evidence-based strategies and innovative teaching approaches.
Familiarity with digital technologies is an advantage but not essential—what matters most is your eagerness to grow and learn, with full support from our team.

Data and Business Analyst - Auckland-based
Are you looking for a varied role where you can apply your wide skillset to support schools, teachers, and learners to improve learning engagement and achievement?
The Manaiakalani programme has become known throughout New Zealand for helping schools in low socio-economic and challenged communities to achieve significant improvements in student outcomes. We’re looking for someone with an enthusiastic attitude and a problem-solving approach to support our data and systems management.
The role works in two key areas:
Data support for our research and development programme as it collects, collates, reports and analyses student achievement data from over 100 schools across New Zealand
Systems support and development to support digital teaching and learning in schools
What We’re Looking For
Data organisation and management skills
An enjoyment of working with data and large datasets, including an interest in what the data provides us
Strong capability in using Spreadsheets and Data Dashboards - including Looker Studio, Macros and scripting for data analysis and automation
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including its data tools and services, to support data management, analysis, and automation
Programming skills - API , SQL queries
A willing, flexible, enthusiastic and collaborative attitude
The ability to work independently with good time management and self-motivation
Sound written and oral communication skills
